This policy explains what personal information ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or order from us, why we collect it, and your rights. We follow South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect
- Your order details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and any delivery address you give us.
- Your design: the text, colours, sizes and any picture or photo you upload, and the files we create from them.
- Your notes and messages to us by email or WhatsApp.
- Payment records: invoices and proof of payment. We do not see or store your card details on this website.
Why we use it
- to make, invoice and deliver your order, and to contact you about it;
- to answer your questions and handle problems or reprints;
- to keep the financial records the law requires.
We only use your information for these purposes. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only the people we need in order to complete your order: a courier or pickup-point service (your name, phone number and delivery address), and the email and hosting services that run this website. These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Pictures and photos you upload
Your pictures are used only to make your order. They are stored in a private folder on our web server that the public cannot open. We will not publish your pictures or your finished item without asking you. If we would like to show a finished item in our gallery or on social media, we will ask first, and you can say no.
How long we keep it
We keep your design files and photos for as long as we need them to complete your order and to help with any problem or reprint, and then delete them. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally five years). You can ask us to delete your design files earlier.
Keeping it safe
Orders are stored in a folder that is not open to the public and are viewed only through our password-protected admin page. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. If we find out that your information has been accessed without permission we will tell you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. To display our fonts, your browser loads them from Google Fonts, which means Google can see your IP address. If you contact us through WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also object to how we use it or withdraw your consent, although we may then be unable to complete an order. Just contact us using the details above.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
Children
Our website is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. See also our Terms.
